The engine that drives the functionality behind plazes.com and other applications. It is the next evolution of the Plazes API.
With plazes.net, it's now easier than ever to create location-based geopresence applications. For example:
- if you have GPS coordinates and want to show what's nearby,
- if there are lots of locations nearby and you want to know which ones are the most interesting for a particular user,
- if you want to build something interesting with the relations that people have through sharing locations
